I am safe with Jesus
Lord and saviour
Wonderful councillor
Who walks across water
To save whom ever falters
In error or in truth
For the child and youth
In the morning the sun
Midday then comes
glory in the afternoon
Night creeps in much too soon
Slumber and rest
Until dawn, reborn as our best

He walks

He walks across the lonely sea
calling out to you and me
If only we could hear
If only we have less fear
For He calls for us to Love
and perfect Love casts out fear
He calls us to Life above
To be with the Father near

Time is only happenstance
If only I'd taken the chance
to be reunited
But I was shortsighted
Oh to be with my true Love
A kiss and embrace upon her face
I saw the sign of the dove
But the Law put me out of place

The Life I live now
Struggling on somehow
Alone except for You
How excellent You came through
And the Book keeps ennui at bay
Friends come over everyday
And I Live by Your grace
That someday I will sense Your face
.

The servant King

The servant King and his loyal subjects.
He knew them well for he studied each word.
He picked them up when they fell
By the wayside by the curb.
For each victory is won with a gentle kind word
and we set free two pure white birds.
lovers into the wilds of life.
Sure to win through any strife.
And what many hazards do lay ahead
in the winning of meat and bread
and loving each and every one
Loving the Father, Holy Spirit and Son.
Through the son is the Father reborn.
From his seed we grow the corn.
In his image to forever last.
In the future we see the past.
In every given thing is Love grown.
In every lesson is the pollen sown.
In every humble respectful soul
is the Language of Love told.
